Data Chair - Derek Ruths
Derek Ruths is an assistant professor of Computer Science at McGill University. Broadly, he investigates how to use network context to characterize and predict the dynamics of complex systems.
His work to date has spanned a wide array of social and biological systems including Twitter, citation networks, the road system of the ancient Roman Empire, terrorist organizations, US campaign finance, gene regulatory networks, and the signaling pathways of cancer cells.
