Workshops (optional): The ICWSM-15 Workshop fee includes admittance to one workshop on Tuesday, May 26, as well as an electronic copy of the technical report, if available. In addition to the fee below, all workshop participants must register for the ICWSM-15 technical program (except in the case of the Science Slam).

The ICWSM-15 Opening Reception will be held on Wednesday, May 27. Hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer, and soft drinks will be available. Your admittance to the Opening Reception is included in your conference registration. Guests are welcome to attend for an additional fee.

The ICWSM-15 evening poster/demo session will be held Thursday, May 28. Light refreshments and soft drinks will be served. Your admittance to the Poster/Demo Session is included in your conference registration. Guests are welcome to attend for an additional fee.

Preregistrants may order a hard copy of the ICWSM-15 proceedings, which will be mailed after the conference. The preconference discounted price will be determined in early summer. Shipping and handling will be added. Individuals who select this option will be contacted regarding the final cost after the conference.

The deadline for refund requests is May 8, 2015. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at icwsm15@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Preregistration is strongly encouraged via the online form due to limited facilities onsite. Onsite registration will be held in the foyer of the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford, Andrew Wiles Building, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG, UK ( https://www.maths.ox.ac.uk/about-us/contact-us ). All attendees must pick up their registration packets for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
