ICWSM-2019 Registration

Online registration is available at https://aaaiconf.cvent.com/icwsm19.

The ICWSM-2019 technical conference registration fee includes admission to the Workshop/Tutorial Day, all technical sessions, the opening reception, the poster/demo reception, lunches, and access to the electronic version of the ICWSM-19 Conference Proceedings.

Workshop / Tutorial Day Only fees

ICWSM-2019 workshops and tutorials will be held June 11, just prior to the technical conference. Technical registrants may sign up for any combination of workshops and/or tutorials on June 11 as part of their technical registration. For those wishing to attend only the Workshop/Tutorial Day, a Workshop/Tutorial Day Only registration is offered. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR CONCURRENT EVENTS, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections. Please be aware that workshops and tutorials will take place at Richard-Wagner-Strasse 1, 80333 Munich, see venues.

Opening Reception Guest

The ICWSM-19 Opening Reception will be held on Wednesday, June 12 at the nearby Augustiner-Keller, a traditional Bavarian restaurant. Dinner and a complimentary drink will be served. Your admittance to the Opening Reception is included in your conference registration. Guests are welcome to attend for an additional fee.

Poster/Demo Session Guest

The ICWSM-2019 afternoon/evening poster/demo session will be held at the conference site on Thursday, June 13. Hearty hors d'oeuvres and a complimentary beverage will be provided. A cash bar will also be available. Your admittance to the Poster/Demo Session is included in your conference registration. Guests are welcome to attend for an additional fee.

To register online, please complete the form at (https://aaaiconf.cvent.com/icwsm19). Students will be required to submit proof of student status during the registration process.

Refund Requests

In case you have registered and cannot attend, the deadline for refund requests is May 24, 2019. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at icwsm19@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration

Preregistration is required. Please complete the ICWSM-2019 online registration and payment form (https://aaaiconf.cvent.com/icwsm19) before proceeding to onsite registration. Onsite registration will be held in the foyer of the workshop venue (Richard-Wagner-Strasse 1, 80333 Munich) on Tuesday and in the foyer of the Kolpinghaus (Adolf-Kolping-Strasse 1, 80336 Munich) from Wednesday to Friday, see venues. All attendees must pick up their registration packets for admittance to programs.

Registration hours are scheduled for Tuesday June 11, 8:00am - 2:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday, June 12-13, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and Friday, June 14, 8:30am - 11:00am. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
