At the Cutoff Date, the Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and will determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space and rate available basis at the group rate after this date.
Reservations should be made directly with the San Jose Marriott through one of the methods listed above. The Hotel confirms the following group rates, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently at 10.07%) and a $2.00 Hotel Business Improvement Assessment fee per night.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by this method.
Parking
The San Jose Marriott Hotel only offers valet parking services. The cost is $6.00 per vehicle, per hour, with a maximum charge of $25.00 per vehicle, per day.
